These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Comb Together to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the membership program, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Term
- The membership has a contract length of three months.
- After the initial term, the membership will end and benefits will expire unless otherwise renewed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Members may not cancel during the first three months.
- After this period, you may cancel at any time through your online profile or in-app.
- The cancellation process will be simple and straightforward, without unnecessary steps.
- No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except where required under state or federal law.
3. Payment
- Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.
- You agree to keep your payment details current.
- If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation.
4. Rollover Policy
- Included services or credits do not rollover to the following months.
- Unused services or credits expire as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
5. Booking and Appointments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Services are available with stylists at the Level One service tier
- Members are expected to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or fees.
- Comb Together Style Club Members may share unused prepaid blowouts with a companion if the member and companion schedule their appointments together.
8. Changes to Terms or Pricing
- Comb Together may update these terms or pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
- If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel before the changes take effect.
9. General
- Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
- By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with salon policies.
- These terms do not affect any rights you have under U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or territory where the salon operates.
